Mark Lacey, Captain

Captain Mark Lacey hails from London, England and has over 19 years of yachting experience including extensive travels from the Caribbean and US East Coast to less visited destinations such as the Persian Gulf and Nova Scotia.
Specializing in new builds and excelling in project management, Captain Lacey has played a vital role in the building of yachts for Lurssen, Royal Huisman, Feadship, Christensen, Heesen and most recently Delta.

Stuart Ince, Chef 

Chef Stuart is an internationally renowned chef with classical French training and over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef Stuart recently won the 2012 Concours des Chefs at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show.
Prior to joining the yachting industry, Stuart worked at:

• L’Oranger (1 Michelin star) – London

Since joining the yachting industry in 2001, Stuart has been head chef on many luxury private yachts including: M/Y Oneness, Illusion, Blind Date and Masquerade of Sole.

Gavin Taylor, Chief Officer

Gavin brings over 6 years deck experience on heavily chartered yachts between 150’-200’. Prior to joining M/Y Arianna, his time has been split between the Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida, New England, East and Western Med and he completed his 11th Atlantic crossing in October 2013. He also gained valuable experience after recently going through a Lloyds 5 year survey and flag state survey.

Katie Hearn, Chief Stewardess

Katie grew up traveling in the Caribbean, where her father managed some of the most exclusive resorts in the region. While living in the Caribbean, Katie received first-hand experience with the sailing and resort industries, which have made her a valuable addition to the crew. Katie’s six years onboard yachts have taken her to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Central American coast.

John Dwyer, Bosun
Johns passion for adventure, paired with big dreams and an overwhelming love for the sea made yachting an obvious choice. Growing up in a small Rhode Island town, he made the decision to leave home for a life on the sea. John quickly landed a job in St. Barth and has been cruising around the Caribbean, Bahamas, The Med and New England.
John loves the outdoors, and you can often find him working out or honing his skill in spear fishing.

Alex Eaton, Deckhand

Australian born Alex Eaton has a passion for travel and has over three years of experience in the yachting industry. Prior to joining M/Y Arianna, Alex helped in converting the private M/Y Happy Days into a fully commercial charter vessel. Alex is drivin and extremely hard working, accustomed to working long hours, and dedicated to creating a safe and fun envoirnment for charter guests.

Hylton Timmerman, Deckhand

Hylton is the youngest of the Arianna Crew, coming all the way from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. He sped through college so he could satisfy his hunger for travel, adventure and experiencing new cultures.
You’ll often hear Hylton use the phrase “the world is my oyster”, and boy is he right! He loves adventure and cannot wait to see the rest of the world and all it has to offer. If you need enthusiasm about an upcoming holiday or just someone to have a good long chat with, track down Hylton. You’ll be glad you did.
Traci Robertson, 2nd Stewardess

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Traci was always fascinated with the sailboats in the harbor. That, combined with her love of the outdoors, especially anything in the water, made her decision to work in the yachting industry an easy one.
After a chance meeting with a friend, she learned about life on the open sea. She packed her things, bought a one-way ticket to Ft. Lauderdale and never looked back.

Amy McDonnell, 3rd Stewardess

Hailing from Australia, Amy has an extreme love for the outdoors and holds a certificate IV in Financial Services. She is Silver Service Certified and has been in the yachting industry for over 3 years.
Prior to joining M/Y Arianna, Amy was a stewardess on three other mega yachts and is passionate about excelling her career in the yachting industry.

Tara Braley, 4th Stewardess

Tara, oldest of three siblings, grew up in Chico California. After spending a semester abroad in Florence, Italy, Tara was intrigued on traveling more of the world. Before joining M/Y Arianna Tara worked on smaller yachts for 5 years, where she excelled at her cleaning and hospitality skills.
Aside from her love of the sea, Tara loves sewing and interior design and has found her dream boat aboard M/Y Arianna.

ARIANNA can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins. The Master cabin has a king size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. 2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed, bath/tub, shower and toilet. A Guest cabin has a twin bed convertible to a queen, shower and toilet. ARIANNA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
