Dean Anthony grew up in south Florida and has always loved being around the water. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the US Air Force, he obtained a degree in Diesel Engineering with honors. As a yacht mechanic, Dean was fortunate to learn the yacht business literally from the bottom up. He has acquired over 40,000 hours of yacht repair, survey, re-fit and new construction experience on a wide variety of practically every yacht manufacture that you can imagine.
Yacht sales seemed like the best way to utilize the knowledge Dean gained to assist yacht buyers and sellers so he jumped right in and began selling in 1990. By continuing his education at Nova Southeast University and other advanced courses, Dean studied the art and science of delivering extraordinary customer service and value. His superior preparation, presentation and market saturation has resulted in higher net proceeds for his clients in less time.
This proven approach has saved yacht owners, in many cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars and has translated into over 262 million in individual sales, one billion in team sales and multiple top salesmen of the year awards throughout Dean’s 30 year yacht sales and service career.
In his spare time Dean enjoys boating with his wife and three wonderful daughters, fishing, diving, photography, and tennis.
