I can't say enough about these people. I've had 7 transactions (buy and sell) in the past 7 years on boats with them. Every promise made was kept with special help like ... Sean Fenniman stayed up most of the night once working with a mechanic to address some survey issues that arose last minute to save the sale that would have fallen apart... Sean swapped a Garmin from his personal boat for my new faulty one so I could start my trip north once ... he personally cleaned a boat prior to a showing due to the vendor canceling the last minute. His Wife Tina helped me totally renovate 2 yachts, coordinating countless vendors. Tina offered to run to the registry in Florida for me when I was having an issue renewing online and followed up after to make sure I was okay. Nicole Brova Drost provided painless closings each time, chasing down issues before I even heard about them.
I was in the market for a larger Sportfish and called Peter for additional information on his listing. Just a note to express my appreciation (to Bill) for all the hard work and time you devoted to my search for the “right” 53’ Hatteras. Most brokers would have given up not making a quick sale and large commission, however you were diligent in the search for the right boat and overturned every possibility.
