LUXURY YACHT FOR SALE - WALKTHROUGH
The VIAGGIO has received a complete refit on the interior and exterior decks by Tina Fenniman of Finest Kind Yacht Renovations in 2019.
Enter the large aft deck through the port and starboard boarding gates. The completely redone aft deck features a new teak deck (2019), new custom white Holly Hunt lounge and dining furniture, a new sunshade, a custom-designed teak aft deck table, and a flat-panel TV that recesses into the ceiling. The aft deck cabinetry has been removed to allow for full floor-to-ceiling views from the interior.
Upon entering the salon, the framed glass door with matching floor-to-ceiling glass windows on a 45-degree angle allows for a panoramic exterior view from inside. All new headliners, LED Lighting, and a stunning cream Stark Carpet in a Greek Key pattern welcome you into the salon. A comfortable entertaining area to the port featuring an L-Shaped custom sectional, two Romo chairs, and a set of four nesting Eichholtz gold coffee tables are featured. The furniture is situated to highlight the view out the aft deck. To the starboard are a custom chaise lounge, Eichholtz gold side table, and a newly refinished Butternut wood built-in lift containing a 50” Flat-panel TV.
Forward, the formal dining area features a stunning custom Saarinen Style Calcutta Gold marble oval table with a matching sideboard specialized for china and glassware topped in a matching Calcutta Gold marble top. Six custom off-white Mattalino leather dining chairs finish the space.
Forward of the dining area to the port is a day head, stewardess station, and a midship exterior door. To the starboard is a companionway along with the windows which leads to a starboard exterior door and a walkway that leads to the raised pilothouse and then the galley. A privacy door separates the galley from the aft area.
The raised pilothouse provides a 180-degree view and an L-shaped settee. On the starboard side of the pilothouse, a sliding hatch leads to the flybridge. The flybridge, covered by a custom hardtop, has a curved console that provides a clear view of the instruments. To port, a large forward-facing settee for guests to ride. A centrally located service area has a refrigerator, freezer, and icemaker as well as twin electric charcoal grills and a sink, all hidden beneath a Corian countertop. In the aft portion of the flybridge, there are two L-shaped settees with new triangle corner tables for entertaining. Further aft is the boat deck featuring a 17' Boston Whaler dinghy and 3000lb Nautical Structures davit.
Back inside, walking forward to starboard is a spacious country-style kitchen featuring Silestone countertops, gourmet cooking equipment, and great visibility outside. The galley is open and features a new U-shaped lounge, 40" Samsung flat panel TV, and a built-in table for entertaining and intimate dining. Forward and down from the galley are the Captain’s stateroom, a crew over-under bunk and a crew area offering laundry, a captain’s desk, and a pullman bunk.
Back to the main salon is a circular stairway leading down to an elegant foyer for the owner and guest cabins. Forward is the full-beam master cabin featuring a king-sized bed, his and her cedar-lined walk-in closets, a desk, abundant storage port, starboard, a club chair, and a 40" Samsung flat panel TV. The master bath features a water closet, a large shower with dual heads plus steam, a vanity with a French limestone countertop, and two sinks.
Aft is the two equally proportioned guest staterooms. The port stateroom features a queen-sized bed, two cedar-lined hanging lockers, with an ensuite head and shower. The starboard stateroom features twin beds, and two cedar-lined hanging lockers, with an ensuite head and tub/shower. All mattresses, linens, towels, and bath accessories are all customized for the vessel and have never been slept in.
