LUXURY YACHT FOR SALE - WALKTHROUGH
The main salon headliners, sky lounge headliners, soft goods, and bedding were recently replaced and upgraded. They offer a crisp, clean, happy, neutral ambiance. Her 2020 bottom job at Rybobvich included the service of her rudders and fins.
Aft from the starboard entry is the formal dining table for ten (10) with a full array of china and silverware. Aft of the formal dining is the salon customized to include a more casual, functional layout including a walk-behind bar with bar stools that can be easily turned around to face an L-shaped sofa for casual entertaining.
Aft through automated electric doors is a very large deck with a customized wraparound aft settee. All exterior doors are finished on the interior to match the interior wood.
From the starboard, entryway doors are stairs to four guest staterooms, two with large king-size beds, and two with side-by-side single beds. Forward from entry to the on-deck master stateroom are his and her heads featuring a walk-in triple shower head and body wash.
The large sky lounge with oversized windows offers great visibility with a walk-behind bar port forward of the sky lounge. Forward from the sky lounge through custom French doors is an immense pilothouse with excellent visibility, wing stations port and starboard, as well as stern station control. Aft of the sky lounge is L-shaped seating and an inviting hot tub.
Aft Deck Bar has a TV, phone jacks, Whirlpool refrigerator, Whirlpool ice maker, a solid surface top, a sink with hot and cold water, with storage for acrylic barware. A molded-in settee with cushions, a Teak bench with cushions, and two teak serving trays for the bench. The side areas, port, and starboard offer two lounge chairs with round side tables. Enjoy a 72" Round Westcoast teak dining table with a fixed polished stainless-steel pedestal by Crown Ltd., and eight teak dining chairs with cushions, or relax in the center built-in settee with an oval table. Aft starboard steering station behind pullout door (an added advantage for anchoring and towing a tender.) Details include four (4) teak bar chairs with cushions, built-in flat-screen TV, stereo volume control and speakers from the main system, extra overhead lights and overhead aft lights over the table, and electric doors to Main Salon that feature a motion sensor (also on Skylounge.) and a spiral staircase up to boat deck and down to control room with stainless handrail.
The Main Salon aft door and side panels are glass and full-length. There is an L-shaped wraparound sofa to relax on and a coffee table located on the starboard, as well as, a wine cooler located in a granite-topped cabinet. Some details include storage for CD’s and DVD’s, Hunter Douglas Silhouettes, Four-panel stainless-steel framed glass sliding door (electric automated with motion sensor), a custom bar arrangement with granite bar tops with custom bar stools, and a French door in the salon and galley.
Formal Dining features a custom high-gloss wood dining table with ten (10) chairs, china/stemware storage: lucite storage cases for Westport provided place settings, wine glasses, water goblets, formal flatware, champagne flutes, and stereo with volume control and speakers from the main system
Day Head offers Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilet, mirrored overhead, marble vanity top with a simple bullnose edge, and matching granite flooring.
The Galley features a full-length glass door at the galley entryway port side and beautiful Cherry cabinetry with granite countertops with a simple bullnose edge. Appliances include a TV from the main system with volume control, a 48” SubZero side-by-side refrigerator, two Gaggenau ovens, (3) Gaggenau Hobs with covers, a 48” Viking stove (New 2014), Viking 48” downdraft vent, Insinkerator garbage disposal, Broan trash compactor, and an Asko dishwasher. Other details include a stainless steel microwave and sink and a chrome InstaHot water dispenser. Cookware includes a 12-piece All-Clad stainless cookware, Henckel cutlery, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart blender, and accessories.
Master Stateroom features a custom king berth with memory foam mattress and upholstered headboard with custom recess for lighting and 2-drawer storage and a mirror over the bulkhead above the headboard. Lighting includes 110V AC recessed room lights, two 110V nightstand lamps, indirect rope accent lighting under the berth and above the soffit, and three lights in the soffit over the berth. A clear full-length mirror the inside the wardrobe door. Walk-in wardrobe, lined with aromatic cedar, with light, stainless closet rod and cedar shelf with the keeper. Built-in dresser, built-in desk with bookcase above. Custom-built entertainment center with two additional smaller TVs for viewing the vessel plotter system port and onboard video cameras (starboard.) TV, stereo surround system with Speaker-Craft speakers, Hunter Douglas Electric Silhouettes with fixed shade valances, and switches at the bedside that also coincide with drapes and sways, soffit with Cherry trim for lighting, and two (2) nightstands with drawers.
Master Head has two (2) Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilets, a marble Whirlpool bath/shower, granite countertops that match shower and bathtub tops, and marble tile flooring. Some details include his and her hampers, mirrors above sinks, 110V recessed room lights, vanity lights, (2) sconce lights at the tub, and a lighted makeup mirror on the port vanity. There are vanities, port, and starboard, makeup vanity with stool and lights on the port side, linen storage, port, and starboard, as well as, medicine cabinets, port, and starboard, and stereo with volume control and speakers from the main system.
There are two VIP Staterooms one located Port and the other located Starboard. Each has a King berth with a memory foam mattress, upholstered headboard, and 2-drawer storage. The lighting includes 110V AC recessed room, as well as, indirect rope accent lighting under the berth and above the soffit. There is a clear full-length mirror on the wardrobe door (inside), fixed shade valances with blinds, lamps on nightstands, and opening portlights. Each Stateroom has two (2) 3-drawer nightstands, a wardrobe lined with aromatic cedar with automatic light, stainless steel closet rod, and a cedar shelf with the keeper and robe hooks in both VIP closets. Both VIP Staterooms also have their own combination dresser and entertainment center with Cherry doors and a TV.
The VIP Heads are equipped with Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilets. The showers are frameless tempered glass with Grohe fixtures and sealed shower lights. There are wall mirrors above vanities with lights. Each has a portlight with blinds, 110 AC recessed room lights, and a linen locker.
Guest Staterooms are located in Port and Starboard. Each Guest Stateroom boasts custom berths with memory foam mattresses and upholstered headboards. The inboard berth is mobile to create a queen berth against the outside wall (the center nightstand moves the wall). This offers the ability to have two staterooms with twin berths or full berths (or any combination of such). Berth rails are Cherry with custom inlaid Madrona Burl. Custom recess lighting and an escape hatch in the starboard guest stateroom are included. The lighting includes 110V recessed, reading lights, and indirect rope accent lighting under the berth and above the soffit. Portlights opening with screen and privacy cover, nightstand with drawer, built-in entertainment center with Cherry doors and dresser below. The wardrobes are lined with aromatic cedar and there are framed mirrors on the bulkhead above headboards. A clear, full-length mirror on the wardrobe door, inside the door, and a TV complete each space.
Guest Heads Port and Starboard have Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilets, custom-molded fiberglass with frameless tempered glass doors shower, as well as, a wall mirror above the vanities.
The Captain quarters offers a custom, full-size captain’s berth with a single extra berth above - with a new memory foam mattress, dresser, desk with stool, bookcase, and drawers under the berth. There is also a safe and entertainment center in the captain's quarters with an RCA TV/DVD combo and Pioneer AM/FM CD Player, (1) pair of SpeakerCraft speakers.
There are four custom twin berths for the crew. There are 10V AC recessed room lights and 24V DC reading lights, a clear dressing mirror inside the wardrobe door, as well as, a wardrobe closet lined with aromatic cedar, automatic light, stainless closet rod, and a cedar shelf with a keeper and dressers.
The Crew Lounge and Galley feature an upholstered settee, a built-in refrigerator/freezer, a stainless Sharp microwave, stainless sink, Cherry cabinets, and solid surface tops.
Captain and Crew Head are outfitted with Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilets, a shower, a Wall mirror, and a medicine cabinet with a built-in mirror above the lighted vanity. Lit with 110V AC recessed room lights.
The pilothouse features a Stainless 24" Destroyer type steering helm station wheel, and 2 Stidd helm chairs with seats on adjustable stainless steel pedestals, DDC/MTU Engine Instrumentation, and engine controls with synchronizer. The leather settee with a Madrona Burl veneer with solid cherry edge settee table, desk with computer storage, stool, and bookcase above. Black laminate counters with cherry trim, stain-resistant carpeting, leather-covered dash panels, stereo: Pioneer AM/FM CD player with SpeakerCraft speakers and Denon DVD player and a chart drawer.
Skylounge door to Pilothouse is a custom French door with beveled glass. Forward of the Skylounge was customized to allow the TV to be set at an angle to face the new Arhaus Skylounge sofa. The crystal cabinet behind the bar was customized in exhibition style to show glass with custom holders and downlights. The bar includes a new Hoshizaki built-in icemaker, refrigerator, granite bar top, granite work counters with Gemini mirror-polished stainless sink, and Lucite storage for 12 highball glasses and 12 double old-fashioned glasses, an AC outlet, and a phone outlet. The aft door is framed, stainless steel, glass sliding automated with a motion sensor. Entertainment center with TV, CD changer, and Denon Surround Sound system with speakers. Built-in's include storage for CDs and DVDs and a custom built-in sectional sofa with a cocktail table. Space also has two bar chairs and a game table with chairs. Skylounge Day Head has a Headhunter Royal Flush Hydro-Vac toilet and mirrored overhead
The Fore Deck features a Teal Sunbrella, bow sun lounge with cushions, covers, and enclosed storage locker under. The keyhole seat includes a settee with cushions and covers. There is also a volume control and speakers from the main system.
Flybridge Wet Bar has a solid surface top, hot and cold water sink, TV/phone jacks, icemaker, refrigerator, and (3) swingout stools. Welded aluminum mast with electronics, anchor light, deck lighting, and air horn. Pioneer AM/FM CD player with (2) pairs of SpeakerCraft speakers.
The Flybridge Steering Station is outfitted with (2) new STIDD chairs, a custom Venturi windshield in stainless steel, sunpad with cushions, and a Kahlenburg Air Horn. The molded-in settee with cushions, covers, (2) tables, and (2) Sunshade umbrellas with covers. Teak decks are added over standard, custom mast for larger domes, custom mast light.
The Boat Deck has a Hot tub with a heater, a molded-in settee with cushions, cover, and locker space underneath. A 40" custom Corian round table, as well as, a Portuguese settee forward with (2) molded seats with cushions and covers. A Chocks for life raft, tender, and (2) jet skis, and Nautical Structures tender lifting bridle, Nautical Structures davit, rebuilt in 2019, CEZ2000EX, with extended, and a fully hydraulic and telescoping boom. There are also Wing Stations, two outside Pilothouse, port, and starboard. Stations include electronic engine controls with synchronizer, engines starts and stops, jog lever, bow thruster control, and rudder angle indicator. Additional details include volume control and speakers from the main system, and a customized stern flagstaff. Stainless steel staples on flybridge and transom and an extra crossbar for safety and cosmetic reasons.

Electrical Equipment
Vessel Information Control System: Westport's proprietary vessel Information and control system is displayed on a flat-screen monitor.
Items on the safety control panel are all thirteen (13) automatic bilge pumps monitored for operation. Three (3) gray water pumps were monitored for operation. Gray water tanks alarmed at 50%, 75%, and 100% full levels. Forward and aft-black water tanks alarmed at 75% and 100% full levels; Nineteen (19) new heat sensors: (4) in Crew Quarters, Captain's Quarters, and Crew Lounge. (5) in VIP Stateroom, Guest Staterooms, and Laundry. (4) in Engineer's Quarters, Control Utility and Engine Room. (3) in Galley, Salon, and Master Stateroom. (3) in Pilothouse and Upper Lounge; Eighteen (18) new smoke alarms: (4) in Crew Quarters, Captain's Quarters, and Crew Lounge. (5) in VIP Stateroom, Guest Staterooms, and Laundry. Battery Chargers include (1) Newmar 95 AMP / 24V DC battery charger for the 24V DC Ship’s system; (1) Newmar 70 amp / 12V DC battery charger for the 12V DC Ship’s System (1) Newmar 40 amp/24V DC battery charger for the main engine starting battery banks, and (1) Newmar 40 amp/12V CD battery charger for the generator starting battery bank. There are (3) King heater/defrosters on Pilothouse console, (2) 12V DC Pilothouse chart lights at navigator’s area and captain’s desk, Riche Globe Masters F600, and a compass in Pilothouse.
The Exterior lighting at house sides, foredeck, aft deck stairs, aft deck overhang, and flybridge deck. Navigation lights are in operation monitored by VIC System (includes bow light, stern light, sidelights, and anchor light.) There are 100 amp backup isolation transformers on the inlet with boost capability and, lightning protection with hull Dyna plate and mast probe. All staterooms have reading lights that include 110V receptacles for table lamps, except captain, engineer, and crew quarters have 24V lights. Other lighting fixtures include 110V AC Halogen recessed light fixtures, 24V DC and 110V AC rope indirect rope lighting, ACRRCL 100 Searchlight located on mast with a single control, Shore Power: (2) 100 amp, three-phase shore feeds; (1) via a 100-amp receptacle with 100’, 100 amp loose cord; via 100 amp, 100’ Glendenning Cablemaster cord reel (both located in starboard bustle); new in 2019 ASEA chilled water loop cooled multi-phone power transfer valued at 100k, Standalone backup transformer, 100 amp single phase with cord: TV and phone connection located at Glendenning with (1) 100’ TV/phone cord, (2) 100 Amp, 50-60 cycle shore power converters (180 to 500 VAC input), 24V DC Shower lights with white trim, Main Distribution Panel located in the control room, Vimar receptacles and switching throughout.
