2000 51' Bertram 510 Convertible "Challenge"
The Bertram 510 Convertible reflects the Italian styling common to all latemodel Bertram convertibles following the company’s 1998 acquisition by Ferretti Yachts. With her elliptical windows and sweeping curves, the 510 was a clear departure from the classic Bertram look. Retained, however, were the deepV hull and large fishing cockpit long associated with the Bertram brand.
Whether fishing or cruising, the 510 provides a versatile platform that meets the demands of the most avid yachtsman. Her three stateroom cherrywood interior features a well-appointed salon with lounge seating to port and entertainment center to starboard. A full service galley with Corian counters and SubZero refrigeration is forward to port. Like most convertibles in her class, the master stateroom is amidships, and the VIP queen stateroom is forward. Both guest staterooms share a common head and shower. Note the rod storage locker in the salon overhead.
The spacious cockpit of the Bertram 510 came standard with a transom fish box, and indeck fish/storage box, tackle center with sink and livewell, and engineroom access.
