This 2002 Hatteras 63 Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht is in excellent condition.

"WATTS next" has twin Caterpillar 3412E, 1400 bhp diesels with 1757 hours. She also has twin Onan 21.5kw generators (5215 & 5520 hours), extensive electronics, hydraulic bow thruster, three helm stations, davit and Caribe tender, custom high gloss teak aft deck table, plumbed back-up fuel transfer and freshwater system pumps, transom bustle door, transom hooped stainless steel rails and much, much more.

"WATTS next" was one of the last 2002 Hatteras 63 RPH MY's built. This means in addition to all of her optional and custom equipment she also has had all available updates including the expanded salon area, better galley arrangement and weight reduction which increased her speed, gave her better fuel economy, and reduced her draft. "WATTS next" will cruise at roughly 25 knots @ 2000 rpm which is roughly 70% load. These were speeds taken in freshwater. Top speed is roughly 30.5 knots.

"WATTS next" offers a three stateroom / three head layout. The master stateroom and master head are very generous and utilize the full beam (18' 3") of the yacht. The VIP Guest Stateroom has a queen berth and the starboard guest stateroom offers upper / lower berth that are sized for adults. The redesigned salon, galley and pilothouse offer tremendous space for entertaining while both at the dock or underway. You can sit at the helm and see and converse with everyone in this area. The salon sofa has seating for at least seven adults and storage underneath. The custom high gloss wood table has storage as well. The galley is very large with every amenity. It has a great view out the stern or either port or starboard. From the galley you can look forward to the pilothouse or just aft to the salon. The aft deck is very large with a custom high gloss table and room to pull up several additional chairs for outdoor dining and socializing. She also has a portside wingboard control station which include throttles, clutches, and thruster controls. The utility room is under the aft deck. You have ample room to store fenders, bikes, or anything you may need. There are access doors from both the aft deck and the swim platform. From the utility room you move forward into the engine room. The engines are direct drive giving the yacht tremendous balance in the heavy seas. At 100,000 lbs. she handles the heavy seas with ease. With her convex hull design you cannot make her pound. Last, is the spacious flybridge. It contains an upper helm, twin helm chairs, starboard lounge, large l-lounge with a cocktail table, wet bar with storage, ice maker, and refrigerator and a davit & tender. This is truly a hybrid yacht. She has the speed of a convertible and the interior volume larger than her closest motor yacht competitors. You must see "WATTS next" to appreciate her.

Additional Information

Manufacturer Provided Description
Incorporating a revolutionary hull design, the 6300 cruises effortlessly while still delivering the renowned Hatteras ride. Dock this beauty from the pilothouse - a 25-inch hydraulic bow thruster makes maneuvering a breeze. Note the semi-wraparound console - switches and engine readout displays are well placed for increased readability. The solid surface tabletop and L-shaped lounge provide ample room for dining. Like the rest of the 6300 the flybridge is amazingly spacious - twice as large as most yachts of this size. Entertaining from the upper deck is easy with a built-in wet bar and refrigerator/icemaker near the roomy L-shaped seating area. Lowering the dinghy is simple via a standard, fully hydraulic davit that is cleverly concealed behind the bench seat. Inside, the spacious salon opens to the galley and beyond to the pilothouse in a sweeping vista of roomy elegance and rich wood. Air conditioning is vented through linear slots in the fluted moldings, creating a comfortable airflow through the entire length of the salon and galley. Sink into the plush depths of the standard custom built sectional and enjoy the complete entertainment center and surround sound system. The galley features dual undercounter refrigerator/freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, four burner cooktop and microwave/convection oven. The elegant master suite runs the entire width of the beam. Two dressers and twin nightstands provide a lavish 21 drawers and a cedar-ined hanging locker offers even more storage. An entertainment center houses the standard TV/VCR and stereo system. The master head features a unique tub and shower combination and large portlights. Every stateroom features its own climate control for individual settings. The bow stateroom boasts a queen-sized berth, adjoining private head, and an abundance of storage with a cedar lined hanging locker and overhead storage cabinets. To the starboard side of the bow is the twin berth stateroom.
