Accommodations
Introduced in 2002 as a replacement for the Viking 50 Convertible, the
exceptional performance and lavish accommodations make the Viking
52 Convertible a favorite with sportfishing and cruising enthusiasts alike.
Built on a modified-V hull with a wide 17'5" beam, the luxurious three stateroom,
two-head interior of the Viking 52 features a spacious salon
with L-shaped sofa to port and the dinette to starboard. The home-size
galley with granite counters and Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer
complete the space.
Below, the amidships master stateroom contains a walk around queen
berth and ensuite head. Forward you will find over under stacked bunks
with private access to the second head. The third stateroom is to the
starboard side with a set of stacked bunks. In the companionway there
is an access door to the second head, utilizing that as the day head as
well as a laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer.
At 145 square feet, the cockpit of the 52 Convertible is one of the
largest in her class. Fishing amenities include a bait prep center with
sink and freezer, tackle center, fresh and saltwater wash downs, and a
large transom door. The engine room is accessed directly from the
cockpit. The optional twin MAN V-12, with 1300 HP each deliver a fast
ride with a cruise at 32–33 knots. The 52’ Viking does not disappoint!
