Accommodations
AFT DECK
The aft deck is a great entertaining area and features ample sofa/lounging space, seating, and a coffee table arranged in a very comfortable and thoughtful way. Recessed lighting, security cameras, and stereo speakers can be found overhead.
MAREA has spacious, lighted walk-around decks and is complemented with teak soles throughout.
The aft deck will also lead you down to the swim platform or through beautiful, stainless steel sliding glass doors into the main salon.
MAIN SALON
The main salon is a beautiful area and was designed to be used and enjoyed by guests. This main salon features beautiful, comfortable sofas and marble tables. Large windows are also found here, which flood the yacht with natural sunlight giving it a warm and welcoming feel. MAREA’s interior woodwork and finishes throughout are truly stunning.
Just forward of the main salon, you will find a formal dining table that comfortably accommodates a party of 10 guests. To port and starboard, beautiful stainless steel sliding glass doors (full height) allow access to the exterior decks of the yacht.
GALLEY
The galley is conveniently located on the main deck to port forward of the stewardess pantry and in close proximity to the dining areas and is accessible to the crew area. This helps enable the crew to provide a higher level of seamless service to an owner and guests.
This area features beautiful countertops, upgraded MIELE appliances throughout, refrigeration and freezer space, and storage cabinetry. A large fixed window is found outboard with an opening port light.
MASTER STATEROOM
Entered from the starboard side guest entry passageway, the beautiful, full-beam master stateroom offers a king-size berth and is located all the way forward on the main deck. At the berth, twin night stands with reading lamps are found. The stateroom features large windows on each side providing an abundance of natural light and great views of the sea.
Just inside the master stateroom is a small office and lounge, which can be separated from the master stateroom via a sliding pocket door. Below the window is a glass top table desk with table lamp and storage compartment. A loose chaise lounge is also found in this area.
Located forward in this stateroom, his and her heads are found, which are divided by a fully marble encased frameless glass enclosed shower. These areas are beautifully appointed and spacious. Each head area has a marble countertop vanity with sink, large mirrored medicine cabinets, and a frameless glass enclosed toilet room with electric toilet and bidet. Each head has marble soles with storage cabinets throughout.
On the forward bulkhead, a SAMSUNG 48” HD LED television is found. A mini iPad touchscreen control VideoWorks control system interfaced into the satellite TV system can be used for Apple TV, terrestrial TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Additional controls can be used for room lighting, shades, and air conditioning. A lockable safe is also found in this stateroom.
This stateroom has ample storage cabinetry throughout along with a mirrored make-up desk with stool to port and a drink refrigerator. A spacious walk-in closet is also found and contains ample storage with drawers, shelves, and storage for AV equipment, etc.
GUEST STATEROOMS
The lower deck is home to four (4) guest staterooms amidships with private ensuite heads. The starboard forward guest stateroom has two single berths while the other three staterooms include queen size berths. The berths in two (2) of these guest staterooms will convert to separate berths if desired.
All staterooms include electric shades, SAMSUNG TV’s, reading lights, stereos, and a safe. These staterooms are very spacious and comfortable for a yacht of this size.
CREW
Accessed from the galley area at the bottom of the stairs to port is a crew mess and crew galley. The crew lounge is located to port and the galley/laundry areas are located to starboard.
Three crew staterooms are found in this area. The forward crew stateroom has two single berths in a fore and aft high/low arrangement. The port and starboard crew cabins are identical with each cabin having a single berth in a fore and aft high/low arrangement.
On the port side aft of the wheelhouse, the Captain’s cabin is found. This area houses a single berth with an ensuite head and a desk area. Entertainment is provided to the cabin via a SAMSUNG LED HD television, a Fusion player, and a Simrad multi-function speed and depth display.
UPPER DECK
As you ascend the staircase to the Upper Deck, you will move up to the Skylounge and Pilothouse areas.
The Pilothouse area is located all the way forward and is outfitted with everything the Captain needs to ensure the owner arrives to the destination safely. The Captain’s cabin is conveniently located directly off the wheelhouse. As you continue to head aft, you will find the spacious Skylounge area along with the day head and stew pantry.
The Skylounge is located aft on the upper deck. This exceptional area is full-beam with large, fixed windows and has a very open and airy feel. A large L-shaped lounge can be found to port with side tables and a matching ottoman. Entertainment is provided by a 55” SAMSUNG LED HD television with a VideoWorks mini iPad touchscreen control, Apple TV, terrestrial TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Additional controls are also found for room lighting, electric blinds, and air conditioning.
The upper aft deck area can be accessed from the Skylounge or via the main aft deck staircase. This is another beautiful area and features a dining table for 10 and additional lounge areas/sofas. The overhead contains recessed lighting with teak accents, security camera found, and stereo speakers throughout. To port, you will find a bar area with a stone countertop, storage compartment, refrigeration, and an icemaker.
The aft lounge space can be covered overhead by an awning. This exterior area has a teak sole and a staircase to port, which provides access to the Sun Deck.
SUN DECK
Guests can enjoy a massive sun deck, featuring a full service wet bar with dual grills, refrigeration, and an icemaker. Ample lounge and sofa areas are found for many to enjoy. A retractable awning, built into the fiberglass hardtop, allows you to enjoy this area in sun or shade as preferred. Located forward is a beautiful Jacuzzi area with cushioned sunbeds for sunbathing on this deck. This Sun Deck is a phenomenal area of the yacht and offers incredible views at every angle. The entire deck is covered in teak to provide an elegant, comfortable setting.
FORWARD SUN DECK
The forward sun deck of MAREA is a great area with ample sun pad space, teak tables, and lounges for entertaining. Furthermore, it is easily covered with sail-style awnings to provide shade on hot days, or it can be left uncovered for those seeking full sun.
This area has ample storage throughout and accessibility to the foredeck tender garage.
ENGINE ROOM
The engine room and control rooms are accessed via doors and stairs from the port main deck walk around. MAREA is equipped with all of the latest state-of-the-art mechanical equipment for worldwide cruising, including the main engines, generators, zero-speed and underway stabilization, and air conditioning systems.
TENDER GARAGE
A large transom door opens to allow storage and launching of the tender and water toys. The foredeck area also contains another tender garage.
BEACH CLUB SWIM PLATFORM
The Beach Club and Swim Platform are the focal point of all water activities aboard. When open, guests have a full beam water deck to enjoy any kind of watersports or simply relax in front of the beautiful view.
