Valetta to Valetta, 7 Days

Day 1: Valetta
Picturesque and ancient Malta has a history going back 7,000 years and consists of seven islands. Begin your charter in Valetta, a citadel. Stroll and shop the pedestrian-friendly streets and check out the Sicilian and English-influenced cuisine.  Check out the views from the ancient fortress called Mdina, also known as the Silent City. Malat’s Meglithic temples are not to be missed as they are nearly 6000 years old.

Day 2: Island Bay
Cruising past castles and forts into the sea you will make your way to anchor in a small bay known as Marsascala – home to a picturesque and authentic fishing village.

Day 3: Golden Bay or Gnejna
Golden Bay has beautiful clay and limestone cliffs offers good conditions for swimming and night fishing in Gnejna. Kayaking the Blue Lagoon is not to be missed – silently paddle through the caverns to see the colorful reflections playing on the rock walls.

Day 4: Comino
Comino is a well-protected anchorage with crystal clear waters. This is a very picturesque spot for swimming.

Day 5: Gozo Island
Gozo Island is a nod to how Malta used to look before the modernization and urbanization took hold. Visit the peaceful outskirts of the town of Mgarr; you will find ancient forts and even older megaliths - representing an important development in the cultural evolution of Neolithic man on the islands.

Day 6: Mellieha
Cruise around Gozo to Mellieha, through the pretty bays and possibly stop at the Blue Lagoon again.

Day 7: Valetta
Bid farewell to the countryside and islands and cruise back to Malta to disembark.
