GENERAL DESCRIPTION

BOTTOM LINE is a unique vessel in many ways. It was originally built for the owner of Broward Marine as his personal boat, however before the boat was completed, it was sold to Evil Knievel! She is a houseboat style design with walkaround side decks and a huge enclosed aft deck - incredible for entertaining or liveaboard. The owner's and guest's staterooms are aft and crew is separate in the bow area. Crew also has access to the full beam engine room thru their quarters. 

The enclosed aft deck is furnished with U-shaped seating, two (2) chrome pedestal mounted teak tables with leaf that converts to formal dining and port and starboard wing doors leading to port and starboard weather decks.

The main salon is furnished with a blue-gray sofa to port and two (2) swivel chairs to starboard, glass top coffee table and matching end table. There is a Corian countertop oak finished service bar equipped with a Kenmore automatic icemaker, U-Line automatic icemaker and stainless steel sink bowl. There are (10) large storage cabinets on the fwd. bulkhead of the bar.  

There is a Yamaha Clavinova electric piano aft port side of main salon. Main salon deck sole is light beige high quality marine grade carpet. The entire interior is in mint condition. 

Master's Stateroom is accessed by going down the main salon's starboard aft companionway steps down to the lower level and aft. The Master's Stateroom is furnished with a centerline berth, oak wardrobe hanging locker, (32) built-in drawers along starboard and port bulwarks, Samsung television, port and starboard mirrored door hanging lockers built-in to aft bulkhead, large closet, and Marble countertop vanity with sink bowl. 

The ensuite bath facility is furnished with enclosed shower stall and bath tub, vacu-flush toilet and Marble countertop vanity with sink bowl. Bath facility floor is Marble.

The port side Guest Stateroom is furnished with twin berths with nightstand between and hanging locker. 

The starboard Guest Stateroom is furnished with a double berth, chest of drawers, nightstands and hanging locker, Philip television and RCA Direct TV satellite receiver. The starboard Guest Stateroom is furnished with an ensuite bath facility equipped with vacu-flush toilet, Granite countertop vanity with stainless steel sink bowl. Bath facility floor is Marble.
